Gloria C. Robinson, age 57, of South Saint Paul, died Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Lodge on Summit Oaks, Burnsville.

Gloria was born in Hastings on February 19, 1955 to Jack and Gloria (Nilan) Robinson.  She attended Guardian Angels Grade School and graduated from Hastings High School.  She graduated from Dakota County Technical College and went on to work at Hudson Manufacturing, Smead and Intek. 

Gloria greatly loved the outdoors, and especially liked storms, snowflakes, and the sun and moon.  She liked to spend time with friends and family, playing cards and enjoying their company.

She is survived by her son, Justin (Rachel Kasper) Robinson; mother, Gloria; brothers Stephen (Don Kiser) and David (Margie) Robinson; sisters Karen (John) Medina and Kathy Robinson; granddaughter, Brooke, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack, brother, Gary, and her grandparents.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. Seventh Street, Hastings.  Gordon Gathright will officiate.  Visitation will take place from 10 AM until the time of the service.
